Before beginning treatment, they will take panorex x-rays to determine the precise positioning of your implant posts. Then they will carefully set the implant post or posts in your jawbone. Your gums and bone will heal around the posts, which will act as a stable anchor for your new dental restoration. If you are nervous about your treatment, we offer nitrous oxide and intravenous (IV) sedation to help you relax.
